		<description><![CDATA[Good suggestion! Plus, you never know how cold/warm an office is, so it&#039;s a great idea to keep a cardigan or something similar at your desk anyway to provide a more comfortable atmosphere/temp for you to work in! 

I also agree re: internships. I had a series of awesome internships (very hands-on) and they were THE reason that I got my first job out of school, as I could tell the interviewer &quot;I&#039;ve done this before&quot;.]]></description>
